The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to sightseeing tours, restaurants, and transportation options. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to meet our needs. Despite the building being a bit cluttered and the room facilities needing more cleaning, we appreciated the clean bed sheets and the general feeling of safety. It was a great place for travelers who just needed a comfortable place to sleep and continue their day.
One of the beds in the room was a bit uncomfortable, with noticeable springs, while the other one was fine. The room was not soundproof, so we could hear noises from other guests in the morning.

The location in the Old Quarter was amazing for walking around, and all the staff were extremely friendly, while the room was modern, with a TV and air conditioning.

Ann assisted us with transport and helped us book tickets to other locations. Breakfast was great and included in the price. The guest house is right in the heart of the old town, with everything accessible within walking distance. The beds were comfy and it has all the amenities. Thank you very much Sincerity Guest House, I will be recommending this place to everyone!
